Refund policy

Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund when a product you have purchased:

  • Has a major problem (for example, it is faulty, significantly different from the description, or unsafe), or

  • Does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.

If the problem is minor, we may choose to repair/replace the item instead of offering a refund.

We will require proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation, receipt, or bank statement) to process any claims.


Change of Mind Returns

Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Earrings โ€“ Health & Hygiene

For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.


Other Products

For non-earring products (e.g., keyrings, bookmarks, badge reels):

  • If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to arrange a repair, replacement, or refund.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us if the item is faulty or not as described.


Reporting a Faulty or Damaged Item

If you believe your item is faulty or was damaged during delivery, please contact us as soon as possible at kiki.and.co.australia@gmail.com with:

  • Your name and order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and any damage

We will work with you quickly to resolve the issue in line with your rights under the ACL.


Market Purchases

Items purchased at markets are also covered by this policy. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase for any returns or claims.
