At Kiki & Co, every piece is lovingly handmade to order, so we take great care to package and post your items safely and on time.
Processing Times
Because our products are handmade, please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be created, packed, and shipped (unless stated otherwise on the product listing). During busy periods (e.g. markets, holidays, launches), processing times may be slightly longer – we’ll always keep you updated!
Shipping Options
We ship Australia-wide using trusted carriers such as Australia Post.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–8 business days (after dispatch).

Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days (after dispatch).
Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, or carrier delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
Local Pickup
If you’re based on the NSW Central Coast, we may offer local pickup at selected markets or by prior arrangement. Please select this option at checkout if available.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives safely and on time, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels once your order has been handed over to Australia Post. If an order is significantly delayed, please get in touch and we’ll help lodge an enquiry.
International Shipping
At this stage, we ship within Australia only. If you’re overseas and interested in our products, please contact us – we’re happy to discuss custom shipping options where possible.
